BGP Communities Inference

As part of my efforts to keep my work updated, I containerized the source code used for inferring location and action communities. Since I found that bgpdump has become more effective than bgpscanner, I switched the BGP data reader and adapted the code to use the new tool.

I run my inference tools once a month (specifically for the first day of the month). Additionaly, I implemented a scraper to gather data from all avaliable collectors for the specified date to feed my containers. Enjoy.
